Your access rules already exist – who sees which Jira projects, who's on which team, who reports where. The real question is whether your agent respects them.

An admin sets it up once for the whole department. Developers don't self-manage. Non-developers are covered too. One click in AirSync – or do it in Settings, the API, or right in conversation.
Set it up once, zero-click for everyone else. Extend it to other departments when you're ready. And since the system knows your team structure, you can scope the agent – and the data it sees – by team.
