LCP Under 2.5s: Rebuilding app load for enterprise scale

Modern web apps serving enterprise customers face a brutal tradeoff: the more personalised and data-rich the experience, the slower the initial load. DevRev's app was no exception — with LCP around 7 seconds and INP spiking to 1–3 seconds, the experience for large customers was visibly painful.
