Manage Intune devices and security policies with Computer.

The Microsoft Intune connector syncs managed devices, user details, and security configurations to help IT teams monitor device compliance and security.

The Microsoft Intune connector bridges endpoint management and service desk operations. It gives support teams access to device details, compliance status, encryption state, and policy assignments alongside their tickets. Teams can find this context in Computer without switching to the Intune portal.

Features

  • Device Fleet Synchronization Syncs managed devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android with compliance state, encryption status, ownership type, and available device properties.
  • Policy Management Visibility Syncs compliance policies with platform-specific rules, group assignments, and scheduled noncompliance actions to help teams understand device compliance requirements.
  • Enrollment Configuration Sync Syncs enrollment configurations, including device limits per user, platform restrictions, evaluation priority, and group assignments, helping teams understand how devices are enrolled and managed.
  • High-Efficiency Incremental Syncs Syncs only records changed since the last successful sync, reducing unnecessary data processing while keeping device and security information up to date.

Access

The organization retains ownership of its Microsoft Intune data. An administrator must configure the connection with the required credentials and source-system permissions to access device, user, and security information. Source-system roles and permissions determine data access and do not grant additional privileges in Computer.
