List Groups
Lists the available groups.
All the DevRev APIs require a token to authenticate the user. Provide Authorization: Bearer <TOKEN> as a header to every API request.

Filters the groups on the basis of creator.
The cursor to resume iteration from. If not provided, then iteration starts from the beginning.
textFilters the groups based on the group type.
Filter groups by ingestion source(s).
Whether to fetch default or custom groups.
The maximum number of groups to return. The default is '50'.
int32Filters the groups on basis of member type.
The iteration mode to use, otherwise if not set, then "after" is used.
"after" | "before"Filters the groups on the basis of group name.
Comma-separated fields to sort the groups by.
Filters for issues with this specific external reference.
Filters for works with selected sync statuses.
Filters for works modified with selected sync history.
Filters for works modified with selected sync units.
Filters for works with selected sync statuses.
